Anyone know of a 14"+ wide tire for a 22" wheel?

Im looking for a 33"-35" OD tire that is 14"-18" wide. I know kind of an odd size but I promise to post pics when I have more progress with my plan

all the socal chevys are running 22x14 fuel wheels with 35x14.5r22 Iroks, looks sick! all the chevys at SEMA had that setup...
