I've got a little over 40k on my Toyo MT's, with tread left and will probably purchase them again because they have been such a good tire on and off road.

05 ExCab Fx4 Sport, 2.5'' Coil leveling, 35" Toyo MT's, Edge CT, Zoodad Mod, Airaid Intake, MBRP 4'' SS Straight, ARP Studs, RCD EGR Delete, Coolant Filter, Rough Country Dual Steering Stabalizer, Blue Spring, SCT X3 with SRL+

If you want a true mud tire, you cannot beat TSL Swampers, or Iroks, but they are ****o on tire life. I heard the MIckey Thompson MTZ are good in mud, and last a while, but the best for both worlds would have to be the Toyo MT.
