2004 F 450 Torque specs

I was wondering if anyone might have the torque specs for a 2004 F 450 W/rear disk brakes

Rotor to hub bolts
Axle bolts
Caliper mounting bracket bolts

And the big nut that holds the rotor/hub assembly on the the spindle

Ive done some searching for theses torque specs and found some of the torque specs.

Rotor to hub 94 ft/lbs
caliper pin bolts 41 ft/lbs
axle bolts 98 ft/lbs

Just thought I would put some of the torque specs I found to check for accuracy. I did find some variations on the torque specs on the rear disk brakes. If anyone has the the torque specs for the caliper mounting bracket bolts i would really appreciate the help.
