I ran them with a 10.5-11" lift for a little while. It wasn't too bad, you could run them with a 12". I'm about to go up to a 14" and I'm gonna run them again.

2006 F-250 PSD King Ranch ccsb FX4 - 14" Lift w/ TGC 4-Link, Fox 2.0 Resi's, ARP's, EGR deleted, Cat ELC, Mishimoto Radiator/Intercooler, 4" TB exhaust/6" Tip, SCT w/ IDP & Gearhead Tunes, MO962's w/ 43" Goodyears

Rock Crawler/Trails Rig: 94 Jeep YJ - 12" lift, 1 tons, LS1, 40" boggers... F&R 4-link, coilovers and a 4BT soon

LBS will you measure to the highest point of your wheel arch on front and back. So I can get an idea of what the Michelins would look like on my truck. I have 41's now and it looks like you are running 40's.
