Question what mods to change to late wheels

i have a 02' f350 lb cc 4x4. wanting to change to later model(08 and up) 20" wheels. i know the bolt pattern is the same. but what about the offset? what changes besides spacers (i need to know spacer size). studs, lugnuts, etc. what all is involved with changing to later wheels?

thanks in advance

From as far as I can tell, you can run them as is, just the wheel will be sucked in a bit. f you run wide tires, you will rub on the leaf springs. You could also get spacers and that will push them out a bit so they will look right (On the pics I have seen they look alright with out spacers) and you can run the wide tires...

I believe the backspacing is a little bit more than an inch deeper on the newer wheels. Don't mark my words on that one because I have never measured.

I'm running LT275/70R18 GY duratrac's on my 18" Incubus Crusher wheels with 5.5" back spacing (pretty much the same as the 05+ wheels) and they do not rub the springs at all. I have about 1/2" of clearance at full lock.
