Tire Size for Stock '06 F350 4x4

Starting the hunt for new tires here within the next 1-2 months. I am currently running the stock 21" rims but would like to invest in some new wheels and bigger tires. The preference would be to keep the struck stock as I need to park at the airport garage quite frequently and need to keep the cab under 7.0ft. I would be ok with a leveling kit as long as i can keep it under the 7.0ft requirement. I really like the look of the Nitto Terra Grapplers but not commited to them in any way at this point.

Anyone out there have any input on tire size and a good wheel tire combo that would fit my requirements? Thanks so much for any help for any help or insight that will narrow my search.
