Wheel Spacers
came across these on Ebay and looks interesting. seems like a good price. just wanted to hear what you guys think or if you have any experience with them.

am thinking about buying something like that cause my dad has an extra set of stock '05 18" rims & tires that i could use if i want to on my '99. just want to find out if these are safe to use.
