Can 2008 king ranch dually rims(8 lugs) fit on a 1999 f350(8 lugs)?

No wrong bolt pattern 8x170 (99-04)vs. 8x200 (05-11). If you change the front dually adapters and the rear hubs you could . That is assuming the dana 80 's have the same hub assemblies between the two years .
