I came across these wheels on craigslist and don't know if they are somthing that would look good or even work on my 03 f-350 if i put some good tires on them. any thoughts would help, thanks.

Based on the fact that they don't have any of the information you need to even begin to guess, I'd wonder if they even know. If that's the case, I wonder who woke up to a truck on the ground.

You need:
Size might help. Width, diameter, offset or backspace
Year of truck they were on might help
What wheels they are (brand)
Finish

For $100 each used, you aren't far off from decent new wheels.
