I have a 06 F-350 dually with 54,000+ on the original brakes. They are wearing great however yesterday I was washing the truck after i drove it home and the brake rotor sizzled and steamed like I was frying up some eggs! I went over to the other side and shot it with water and nothing happened. I thought at first the caliper was stuck so I jacked up the wheel and it did have some drag on it. A little more then i would think.. I took the caliper off and the pads look good. the inside has a little more meat to it and I noticed it doesnt move. The outer pad does have some spring action to it where the inside stays put making slite contact with the rotor. Is this normal??
