E99 F350 with 35"s will 37's fit??? Anyone know??

I have a Early 99 F350 that currently has 35" on it that dont rub. I bought the truck used and have no way to tell if it has a leveling kit or lift kit on it. It looks higher than stock but with 35"s on it already. Does anyone have an idea what the height of the fender should be with 35"s. Why am I going to 37"s? I got an amazing deal on Goodyear Military OZ tires $100.00 each with 90% or better tread and my BFG's are about done.. So I dont off road the truck much and dont bottom the suspension out. If my 35"s dont rub at full lock do you think the 37"s will? Is there an inexpensive way to get a little more lift out of the front end?? Ive heard of mini spring packs or putting in new spring perches?? What do you think? Pm me or??

Thanks
Andy
