Wheel question

Got a question for yall. I have the KMC Hoss wheels on my truck. They are the bronze colored ones. I have been thinking maybe I would like a change, but I really dont want to buy a new set of wheels. I thought about matte black. Has anyone painted their wheels? If I didnt paint them I thought about stripping the bronze off and polishing them. Has anyone done this? The wheels dont look bad on the truck, but I dont think I would have gone with them, but they were on the truck when I bought it. What do yall think?

Not sure on how to modify your wheels, but I just mounted the glossy black Hoss's and love them. Looks sharp.
