Pro Comp Rock Crawler 52 question

So after all the searching I've done I want a rim that is optimal for 315/75-16 Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs, but I also want the rim and tire to stick out about 2 inchs past the factory fender.

So these Rock Crawlers caught my eye because I like the style, color, price, and the width. Here they are Rock Crawler Series 52 Gloss Black Powder Wheel

The only problem I have with these are that there only rated for 2000 pounds. Will that be a problem for my truck? And I can't find an offset for these rims so I don't know how they will sit, they are 4 inch backspace but I'm not sure if that'll tell me what I want to know. Any help would be great guys, thanks alot!
