97 f350 brake issues

My truck seems to loose power brakes part of the time. The brake light will come on also. When it is stopping normally it still stops great. It only does it after idling for a while. All of the hoses seem to be in great condition, no cracking, and are very flexible.

Any idea what it might be?

Is your vacuum pump working correctly?The one on the drivers side front, on the motor.Just a guess.

you are correct sir, the vacuum pump was only reading at about 10"/hg so it was replaced.
