6" lift with 37's on a 20x12 wheel?

I have a 6" fabtech lift, if i was to run a 355/60/20 tire (a 37x14 tire) on a 20x12 wheel will i have rubbing issue's? the wheel has a -44mm offset.

i got 7" icon lift with ion forged terminator 22x12 -44mm on toyo m/t 37x13.60x22 and i had rubbing issues had to trim front lip and still rubbed on plastic fenderwell !!

I rub a bit and i only have 35's. I would have to say yes your going to rub for sure.
