How big can I go?

I currently have a 7" lift with 35x12.50r20 Nitto Mud Grapplers and I want to go with bigger tires with my current rims with are 10" wide. So how much bigger can I go without modifying fenders? A little bit of rubbing isnt a huge deal.
I would like to go with Toyo Open Country M/T's.

I have 6.5" of lift on my truck with 37x12.50 bfg km2 and i dont rub. If you have a 7.3L truck stay away from tires wider than 12.50, unless you have a big back spacing on your wheels.
