Kuhmo road venture tires?
Anyone running these tires on their truck? I have been looking for something to replace my junk worthless pirelli scorpions. I don't have a ton of cash to spend and i have had good luck with kuhmos before, but i want to see if anyone has em. Also if anyone does run them, where did you get them and what did you pay? Tire rack has em for $112 a tire, but shipping is $141 so that kinda sucks.

I had the Kumho AT (KL51 or 78 - dont remember which number - but was the AT) as my last set of tires on my truck. They were LT305/70R16E mounted on stock 16x7 Lariat rims.
Got 41,000 miles out of them. Excessivly worn they still provided fantastic traction in the 3 blizzards we had here! I ended up smoking the rears the night before installing my new Nitto's in my sig.!!! Kumho's were a great tire, wore well, fantastic road traction in any weather. Towed and hauled well too. |
