New rims for 08 F-250 4x4?

Hey folks,
It is getting about time to put a new set of grips on my 08 powerstroke 4x4 and was wondering a couple things. I have done several searches here and diferent places and can't seem to find the answers I am looking for.

1. What is the biggest widest tire I can put on the factory rim for my year model? I have seen alot of different answers on this not sure what to believe.

2. This is probably the route I am going to go. What backspacing/offset/size rims should I get to give me that squatty bulldog look on the truck. Something that will put some 33" or 35" tires just outside the finderwell. I have always liked this look for some reason.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, along with pics of similar trucks if ya'll have any. Thanks..........................EW
