will a 4 1/2 " backspace wheel work on 2007 f350? 9 1/2 wide?

Yes, they will work fine!
I run 18x10's with 4-1/2" backspacing, they will stick out a little though.

im gonna have to measure what i have now & see.my tires rub the trailing arm just slightly but i dont want the tires to hang out past the flares...the local law gets pretty sticky on that
