my new tires...
Just put on a set of the 255/85R16 BFG KM2 on my 2004 extended cab 4wd, and looking for some advice. I want these things to last me longer than my Toyo's which I would never recommend. I am planning to rotate every 5000 miles, and was wondering about air pressure. I never haul or tow, this is my daily driver, mostly short, curvy back roads to and from work, not a lot of interstate. I went w/ the door spec on these which is 55 in front and 70 in back which doesn't make a lot of sense. Surely these trucks are heavier in the front end, which I would think more pressure. Any advice on what you guys are running. I was thinking more along the lines of a 65 or 60 in front and a 55 or 50 in the rear???

I'm not an expert, but I'm running the Hankook MT's at 55 psi all the way around and have no wear at 5k.

I would run 5 or 10 psi less than the max rating on the tire... just me... my door sticker calls for 65 on all fours and the tires are max 80 psi so i run 70.

I am running km2. I rotate every 5k and have 55psi all around. I have 88k on them right now.
