Tire Size

I have my truck with a 6 inch lift right now. I am running Ultra Rogues with a +19 offset and 2 inch spacers. I want to go to a 16 inch rim and add 2.5 inches more in the front. I will then have 8.5 inches in the front and 6 in the rear. Right now im running 35x12.50R17s. I want to go with a 16x10 rim with -27 offset. Right now it looks like it would be tight to fit 37s. Once i add the extra lift, i was told i could fit 38s. But what width would i need to do this without rubbing anything? I like the 385/70/16 nitto mud grapplers.
