As for size, they look to be some sort of 19.5" or 22.5" rim

if i remember right they are about 43 inches and they ar eon 20 inch rims. if i recal they are used on 5 ton military offroad trucks

Yeah, Michelin XZL's or XML's. Speed rated to like 65mph though so if ya do much on the interstate not the best tire. Extremely heavy too.
