Question Any mods while running 35s?

On my 06 250, Im running 35/12.5/16s with minor rubbing on the inner fender lining. I moved the liner back and problem solved for now. Soon I will add a 2-2.5" front level kit to even the truck and for more clearance.

Since running 35s there is a decrease in towing performance as well as all around. I was planning on regearing the axles but I wanted to explore other options.

Question: Will I need to regear or do things like programmers and chips improve the performance? If so, how much better?

Thanks for your help.

CST with Cales tunes will get it done. No need to regear
