the only place I have found them is on Ebay, I am looking to get a set of
37-12.5-16.5 here real soon.

xmlmilitarytires.com has the goodyear 37x1250x16.5 also the 38 xml michilen ive been looking at a set of the 38s for much truck come spring

You can get the Michelins in a 43x14.50x20 nice tire

As far as actual HP numbers I have no idea. It don't snap your neck but.....It feels good.
