Can't remove the rear wheel

I have steel wheels and the rear one is not coming off. I'm not sure if it's rusted on or if there is something that I'm not doing right. Should the center hub stay on the truck and the wheel simply slide off when the lug nuts are removed? Or is this some sort of hub cover that's part of the wheel? Here is the pictures of the wheel in question. I even backed off the hub nuts and still nothing.

tighten up the hub nuts, put a little heat to the rim around the hub and studs, hit tire not rim with BFH.

nope...shes just rusted on there prty good..have to tried hitting it from the back side with a 20lber. id hit the tire first. if that doesnt work start hitting the rims. lightly at first. its a steal rim it'll take the abuse. if that doesnt work fine your self some kroil. spray down the hud and the lugs. its the best penetrating oil out there. my opinion but anyone that has used it will probably say the same..

use some anti-seize on the hub face so this doesnt happen again

BTW; I'm working on 2002 F350, single rear wheel, 4x4...

Yep, she was rusted on. I sprayed it with ReleaseAll and let it sit for 30min. It finally came off.

Now I have similar question about the rotors. It seems that the rear rotors have a 'hub' around them. Are the new rotors the right part for my truck?

same thing man...those get stuck on good. you can try hitting the rotor where it meats the hub with a hammer from all different sides. you might be better off pulling the axle, then taking the hole hub off. once you have it off. lay the rotor down face up, put a 2x4 on the hub face and smash it with a hammer. you will have to take the bug nuts off to get the hub off. if you never had set per-load on a barring before then i would find a buddy who knows how. or get your self a book. it really isnt that hard to do. just remember to use anti-seize when it goes back to gather.
