Fuel system upgrade??

I have got a 95 F350 Powerstroke. I had bigger injectors installed and was told I would be ok on things....I had 160cc injectors put in with stock tips. I developed a rough idle and took the truck in back to the guy and he done some tests with me standing there. Come to find out after having everything checked out I have an injector that failed. He claims I ran the truck hard enough and starved the injectors for fuel and cracked a spring. I haven't done anything to the fuel system as far as electric pump upgrades or nothing. My question is would that true and have I exceeded the limit on the mechanical lift pump? He claims by installing an 99-03 super duty pump I would be good to go. I also want to know if it that will be enough also.

I would go with an electric fuel pump. I upgraded my stock electric fuel pump with a fuelab pump and noticed a big difference in the way the truck drives.

Would of thought you might figure it out that buying a complete fuel system that someone has done all the R&D for us would be easy. Any way yes fuelab or areomotive have the pumps that will help you. Check around for the cheapest prices but I think you find summit racing for price and shipping is one of the best.

Yea I ended up looking around and found a link on that site to help answer some questions. From what I've gathered so far the best bet would be to find a complete system like that. Just now looking around for one...I had found a beans diesel performance system it seems to be priced decent but I am open to suggestions.
