BLOWING COOLANT?!?!

Ok... within the last 45 days, I spent over 4grand having a dealership put on a new head-gasket, ARP studs, oil cooler, egr delete, the works. Sunday on my way home, the truck started blowing coolant out of the fill cap. I only noticed this because my temp started reading upwards of 240-255. I put over 3 gallons of fluid in, in just over 30 miles of Highway driving (55-60mph). NO time in the drive was I pulling anything nor driving hard. Any guesses at the problem???

Bad degas cap or too high of a coolant level in the degas bottle. Hook a pressure tester up to it and drive the piss out of it. Make sure it's got a new cap installed before doing so though and if it spike quickly then you have a blown head gasket again. Did they send the heads out to a machine shop to be magnafluxed, pressure tested and decked?

Yes, they sent the heads out. I could understand the cap issue if it wasn't SO much fluid. My honest guess is HG, bad stud, or improper torquing. You have any idea what the Manifold Absolute Pressure should read without a HG malfunction?
