1211 dtc

Looking for A little insite own two 7.3 psd and love them bought the auto engenuity software to diag. works pretty good so far the problem im having is
1211 dtc when I watch the injector control pressure on the live data screen
and bring the rpms up sometimes the pressure will stay around 1000 to 1200
psi at high idle and engine seems fine the next time the pressure will jump to
2200 to 2300 approx engine white smokes skips and if you stay in it throws
code this is under no load I have replaced the IPS and IPR any suggestions
