My 97 F-250 7.3 has a long crank time before starting. It does not matter if I keep it plugged in or not, it also does not matter if I have driven it for an extended period of time. If I shut it off and restart 10 minutes later it will again have a long crank time. Any ideas?
check your hpop res. It could possibly be draining down? how long are we talking?
check fuel bowl aswell, make sure you have fuel and oil before you attempt to start.
