Can't install Bully Dog chip
I just got a Bully Dog chip, but when I went to install it, it keeps freezing on "turn engine to run" and won't go any further. Any ideas?

did you get a chip or programmer? what model number? what software version? what truck are you trying to install it on?

It's a triple dog power pup diesel downloader. I'm not sure what software it is, my buddy gave it to me. I'm trying to put it on a 97 f250
