6.0 Upgrades

Im new to the powerstroke world and was wondering what type of programmer i can put in my 2005 6.0L to get max MPG and performance. My biggest concern is the known issue with the head bolts in these. Anyone got any ideas. Oh and money is a factor. NOT RICH I OWN A FUEL GUZZLER.

Buy an SCT from innovative diesel. They have a couple stock head bolt safe tunes.

I've always had great success with Vivian's tunes. She has a new LooneyFUEL tune that gives great performance with good fuel mileage. It is safe for stock head bolts.

IMO synthetic oil is the best but if cost is an issue use regular oil but change it frequently.

Also don't worry about a programmer first with the 6.0 monitoring is critical. Get a monitor first than programmer.
