stay away from K&N.

other than that.... AFE and S&B are a good choice if you didn't wnat to do the 6637.

DIY with a 6637 filter would be my choice.

Also, weird location for a question like this. Next time I'd suggest posting in the "7.3 General discussion" or "7.3 performance parts" section

I've got the aFe - Stage 2 EX Cold Air Intake w/ the pro guard 7. I like it A LOT. A bit pricey but the results are amazing. Best bet for the price is the DIY 6637. But if you've got the extra money to spend on something that looks nice, comes with a shroud to keep temps and debris out then I would go with an aFe for sure.

I have the K&N on mine and it dose just fine, the only problem that I have had is running my truck through the mud and the filter looks brown now even after using the recharge kit

AFE Stage 2. Do yourself a favor if you do any intake system, get the pre-filter for around $10-15. It will really help save the life of the filter. I learned the hard way!

I've had the AFE Stage II with a pre-filter for around 125k miles and have been happy with it. I would definitely get the pre-filter and remember to periodically clean it!

I prefer my DIY Tymar replica but the AFE would be my next choice.
