You can get the little 2" reciever sleeve to allow 2" tongues to be used on the Tow Beast. That's what I have and don't have any problems. If you don't want to use it then I'd consider looking at the Putnam XDR, its supposedly as strong as the Tow Beast, but doesn't cost as much. It is the standard 2" variety reciever.
