Advice; New dually, now what?

Im buying a 2000 F350 2wd 7.3 6speed cab and chassis. I plan on buying a trailer to haul cars. Im leaning twards a 2 car. Advice or input on weather to go with a gooseneck or fifthwheel set up. Are they interchangeable (adaptable) with eachother? Im new to the goosenecking.

The gooseneck can be adapted afaik, but which ever you decide to do keep in mind a quality hitch is your best friend

New York + 2 car trailer = no money.
