Where to go for Good Tie-Downs?

I was wondering if the members that have been towing for awhile, could tell me where I should go to get tie-downs. I need to tie-down my offroad rig on my new trailer, and the company I'm getting my trailer from says that they've got them. I'm just wondering if there are ones that I should get and others to look out for.
Thanks.

I have used those straps they are great to tie lumber or other things down but i know the DOT here wont let you get away with anything other than grade 70 transport chain and chain binders and you also have to do it from the four corner points of the vehicle being tied down

I've been thru a couple scales in WI and I use straps and they never said anything, but then again them DOT boys like to interpret the laws to thier opinion lol.

I order all my straps from AW direct (a towing supplier) they sell the load rated straps fairly cheap and they also sell "kits" that have all the straps and accesories you need.

Sams Club has 10K rated (3300 WLL) yellow 2" rachet straps for $13 each. Pretty good price, fairly well made and cheap enough to get a bunch, I probably have 8 or so of them.

Having said that, I prefer 3/8" Grade 70 chain and rachet binders for tying down my 85 4Runner. I tie down the axles then add a couple rachet straps to the frame to keep the body in control. I got my chains and binders from awdirect.com, great service, good products and good prices.

Check at every stop since things will tend to loosen up as you drive.

Good luck.

Al
