My old 78 F100 was a monster. It had a 71 429 in it that stock was 360hp and 450tq. and was pumped up from there. Big block gas power baby!!!

my uncle 88 f350 n/a 7.3 4spd can hit a hill 90mph with a fulll load of trailers

he actually was followed by a cop once up hill goin 90 with his trailers he didnt even kno he was behind him and the cop stop at the top and was like sir im not gona tiucket u but i clocked u goin 90 mph up that hill and my uncle says wow was i goin that fast lol

I agree unless you were pulling one heck of a hill 8K and 72 MPH is not a good thing. JJ

i hauled 13k bumper pull to texas going throw big hills and no prob. lots of pedal left and i had no tunes at that time

Gauges! get yourself some gauges so you can see whats going on with that truck.... could be as simple as a boost leak... but i agree with everyone else... their is def something not right with the truck....

hi all same thing happened to me just recently changed the egr and way we went i know it sound crazy but it fixed mine just finish hauling 26000 lbs pulling great now.
