this might be a dumb question

i have an 03 f250 6.0 crew cab lariat with 4in suspen. lift and i have a goose neck. i want to get a 3 in body lift. what will i have to do to get the goose neck to work? it is an under the bed gooseneck. thanks for the help also does anyone have an idea of what size tires this would fit and what outset i would need so it doesnt rub?

Do do a body lift, the hitch is on the frame so it will not be as high as the bed, and with a body lift you get a a lot of body roll

A body lift isn't worth the hassle on a diesel.. if you want to lift it, do a proper suspension lift.. you're going to be looking at relocating intercooler, fans, radiator, and everything of the sort just to gain 2-3 inches a body lift would give you..

since you're leaf springs, you can easily gain around 2inches with all sorts of options like new hangers, spring packs, or rearched springs..

The same, or you could do a hanger/shackle lift and not sacrifice any ride quality. You may need a longer pitman arm too, but they're roughly $50-100 from a few vendors on here.
