Hardware for universal rail kit?

Anyone know what hardware is needed for a universal bed rail kit? I have the rails and brackets, but no bolts, washers, nuts, etc. I see that I can buy the hardware kit from Reese, but that includes brackets I already have. And $80 is $80...

There is another thread on this. There are spacers you may need. There are serrated washers, flat washers, knurled bolts, and carriage bolts. All 1/2". And lock washers and bolts.

Any idea where that thread is, jesilvas? I haven't been able to find it...

And 351Fifty, that's exactly what I want to do! I just don't know what to get...
