Towing with DP chip

With a 99 f250 7.3, is it ok to tow a 19 ft. fiberglass boat on 80E? It has better response than 60T. 60T lags going up hill.

the best i have is in 80e do the egts stay under 1250?
if it is hard to keep them low then use the 60t
