Trailer light and brake wiring kit

This is a trailer question instead of a truck question but I hope someone can help me out.

16' open landscaping trailer with dual axles, brakes on both. Having quite a bit of trouble with the wiring for the lights. A lot of the wires have been damaged over the years and a lot of splicing was done.

I'm looking for a kit that includes brake/turn signals, marker lights and license plate light that is 7-pin. Would be great if the kit was complete with break-away box and lamps were LED.
