6.4 Purchase?

Hope some one can give me an honest answer. I am thinking of buying a 1ton truck. I have always been a Ford man but with all the problems not sure now. I am looking at a 2008 6.4. My question is, is a 6.4 worth buying? The fuel economy is not the best and there is a lot that Ford will not warranty. please lend some advise my way. Thanks.

Try posting your question in the 6.4 section of the forum. This section is kind of hidden. I had a 6.4 before I bought my 2011 and I never had any problems with it. There's plenty of people that have problems with theirs and there's plenty that don't. If you tune and do deletes on a 6.4 they are pretty unstoppable.
