Opinion needed! 99 F350 7.3L flatbed

starting to get more into landscape construction and site prep work.
looking for something to pull my gooseneck w/ machine and be able to pull my 20' enclosed trailer and put material on flatbed for installations. would nice to be able to put a pallet of sod on flatbed instead of pulling a trailer.

i pull everything now with my F250, but dont wont to overload my DD too much

99 F350 XL Reg cab dually. GVW is 12500# (i checked the sticker)
has the 7.3L Powerstroke with 214,000 miles
standard tranny, flatbed, gooseneck hitch. new tires

they are asking $5800, so far i have them down to $4800 may be able to work them a lil lower.

opinions? anything specific i should look at

i'd say $4800's a great deal, looks like an E99 as well.
