Existing Probe Sensor or After market pyro kit?
I regularly tow a 5th wheel thru the mountains here in Colorado. I have a 08 Ford 6.4L and have recently purchased a Bullydog Watchdog to better monitor my pyro and trans temp readings. My diesel mechanic recommends I still purchase the pyro kit and use it instead of the factory pyro sensors that came on my truck. Any thoughts on whether this is necessary or is he selling me another $120 part?
