Red face B & W gooseneck hitch

Well I bought a used gooseneck hitch to try and save some money, but this one is biting me in the arse....I downloaded the manual for the 1108r hitch, and this hitch's hardware does not match the one on the diagram. I have too much time sandblasting and painting it to throw it away, so Im installing it, kinda "winging" it as I go. He only had 2 3/4" bolts bolting it to the frame, is that sufficient, or should I drill 2 more holes?

I searched up and down different manufactures, but none look like the one I bought. The B & W is close, but not exact. It was off an 01 f350 in the first place.

Do you have a picture of the hitch you are trying to install? I have a B&W hitch in my truck..... I can take pictures for you if you want to see the install, etc...

EDIT: I just re-read the the post - mine is a 5er hitch... ooops

You need to drill and put bolts on the two elongated holes in your second and third pics then it looks like you will be all set. If you need me to i can take some pics of mine
