Been there. Went in to a convenience store when my truck was new to me and came out without my weight distribution hitch. Those were some expensive sandwiches I bought at that store!!! I didn't even realize the guy I bought the truck from didn't have a locking pin in the hitch. I just take that for granted. I lock all my hitches. Even the new one I now own several hundred dollars later! I love the matched sets of reiever and trailer tongue locks that camping world and others sell. They work out nicely. |

Didn't see this post but that's exactly why I like to leave mine in all the time. I call it an "anti-tailgating device". :boxing:
