my trailer in those pics had an axle flip raising it about 5 inches, but it was a high clearance trailer to begin with. My truck tows it fine, but i have been towing for 20 years, i wouldnt recommend jumping right into it... my trailer weighs 12.9 completely empty, 15k in my normal camping config.... when i moved AK to Vegas, i packed ever square inch of it full of everthing i owned and drug it down the ALCAN in the dead of winter with lifted truck and 37" tires... it was loaded very heavy, i wont post the numbers cause some will give me flak, but its more then you are even imagining right now..... This was not the best idea and i ended up snappin both axles... since i have rebuilt it with extreme heavy duty axles and new bracketry capable of 20k plus loads..... my truck towed that extreme heavy load no problem, few times i could not pull the speed limit, and i was never going very fast, but the truck even with lift did fine.... it bottomed out once or twice and i bent a fender cause it hit the tire, and i twisted a extreme duty custom rear axle from driveline unlimted, but that was cause the road was patchy icy and the weight, the tires, the locker, and the lack of, then instant traction had to give somewhere......... my point is you can tow anything with a lifted truck... but you have to be smart and its not for everyone... in fact i am even nervous seeing other people with 8" plus lifts towing big trailers, cause most those people do not pay the respect that load deserves...
