3-receiver hitch?
I have never seen a hitch like this, but it is on the truck I bought. Is it okay to use as a "single" center tow hitch?

Not sure what you mean by a "single" center tow hitch, but you probably need a 3" to 2" adapter. You could also get a 3" receiver if you plan on towing over 12k.

I'm not asking about the size, but rather what kind of hitch has three receivers. Hope this clears some things up.
