New ROTM Lead Mod

Well...we are pleased to announce that Shane (sea71) will be taking over the ROTM lead role. He has more time than i do to handle it and it will now be his baby!! Lets all give him a round of applause for taking this on and i know he will do awsome!!

Also, the topic in the admin forum was "welcome to the team, shane" I'm dyslexic or whatever and I thought it read "Welcome to team shane" lol ...

ROTM = Team shane now lol...

Not only that - we knew this was going to be a challenge for all of us....especially Shane. That being said we sat down and wrote a more adaptive style of user interface that we felt he could comprehend better.
