map help

I have followed this thing step by step and it keeps kicking me off to a page that says I need to reconnect to the forum??? I have done this thing about 10 times to no avail. I can get it all right down to the exact lat and long but then when I tell it to input the info.... I do not have to have the URL link...correct?

Rob

Just thought about this thing again... and came to take a look at the map.

Kinda disappointed... we have over 1000 active members, and only 209 pins on the map. Come on gang.. lets cover the thing... show us where your at.

Bumping this to the top so some of the newer folks know that it is around, and can get their pin put in.

Click this link:
http://www.powerstroke.org/forum/vbgooglemapme.php

then just above the map.. you will see a button that says "Your entry" click it

When the new screen appears. you can choose where to place your marker. You should give the marker a title... and if you wish, you can switch to satelite view and actually place the marker directly on your house with a little work finding your exact spot.

You can also add some text to describe your location.

Then click the Update the Information button, and you should be done.
