This truck is HOT!

Well - at least my gauges tell me so.... What do you guys think.. After a 5 sec burst in 4w hi, EGT quick spike to 1300, Trans to 210.... 30 lbs boost. Running with the stock 3" down pipe and the Mods below... How are these numbers and what should I do next to keep the heat down?

Thanks guys -

What tune is that in? The trans temp getting so high is the only one that really concerns me, as long as EGT's fall back to normal

EGTs aren't as much as a killer as people thing as long as it drops after you get off the throttle and don't stay on it to long. Your tranny temp is alittle high. I normally don't see above 160

Edit: Whens the last time you changed out the ATF fluid?

Running Eric's Innovative tunes - Setting was Extreme Street. EGTs dropped down as soon as i let off - Tranny seems to run hot 180-200 since I gauged it a few days ago.

Still stock 3.73.... Do notice a jumpy shift (a bit of a buck) from 2-3rd when I pounce on it

When you had Eric write your files did you let him know about the 37s and 3.73 gears?

Yes - Surely the 37" - not sure on the gears. I'm local to Eric (30 mins)- I might try and see if I can visit him for a little test run and get his thoughts
